Jérémie Parent

Lives & works in Paris, FRANCE

 

Jérémie Parent is a French dancer and choreographer, born on the 5th of March 1995 in Antananarivo (Madagascar). He started with hip hop dance and then specialised in breakdance with his mentors Karim Barouche & B-boy BruceWayne. He is a member of the group Oise Coast, with whom he participates and wins competitions (battles) all over the world. 

 

He trained at the International Dance Academy in Paris from 2015 to 2018. He acquired a solid foundation in classical, contemporary and jazz dance. He works with renowned choreographers such as Julien Lestel at the Massy Opera or Hakim Ghorab in the commercial world. He performed for two years at the Théâtre du Gymnase in the show "Puzzle" with the Young European Ballet. In March 2017, he took his first steps in the world of artistic companies, with the creation of "KickXplicit" by the company Mouvmatik, choreographed by Philippe "Physs" Almeida. His training being multidisciplinary, he participates in parallel in acting and singing classes. 

 

In April 2018, he joined the project of the second album entitled "Chris" by the French artist Christine And The Queens. Dancer and performer in the video clip "Damn dis moi", he is one of the 8 dancers selected for her world tour. He performs on the set of the famous American talk show, "The tonight show starring Jimmy Fallon", in June 2018 and in all the zeniths of France. 

 

In February 2020, he became a founding member of the company "Brainstorm" with whom he is working on a new creation project: "Au dessus des nuages" choreographed by Nicolas "Zyko" Monlouis/

 

In parallel, he works as a choreographer for the advertisements of different brands such as Christian Louboutin, Sarenza and Ubisoft. He also works as a creative director and choreographer for independent artists.

In november 2022, he and his partners created « Call Out », the first trading card game in the world of dance.
